Shipping Policy

UK Postage;

- UK Orders are signed off with Hermes/Royal Mail. We will provide the customer with the tracking details in their shipping confirmation email.

- Standard Second Class Postage charge is Free for UK Customers for Hermes/Royal Mail. 

- Customers will have the First Class/Special Delivery option at check out, to receive their parcel sooner, but there will be an additional charge for that. (The price will be displayed at check out, subject to the weight of the parcel)

Disclaimer;

Covid-19/Festive Seasons; delays can be expected, please allow extra working days for your parcel to arrive.

Canada, United States and Australia Shipment; 

- International Orders are signed off with Royal Mail. Confirmation email will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

- The varied prices will be displayed at check out, subject to the Country, type of Shipment and the weight of the Parcel. If ensure or you need further inquiry, please don't hesitate to contact us via Instagram message or email; hnh.collection16@gmail.com

 

International Type of Shipment; 

- International Standard, delivery time 6-7+ Business days (no tracking)

- International Tracked Service, delivery time 6-7+ Business days (tracked)

Disclaimer Policy; 

H&H Collection will not be responsible for any lost/missing items. Unlikely if the parcel is not received within 7 working days. The customer should contact us via email to help/trace the item, so we can provide the proof of postage. Unlikely if the parcel is lost, the customer will be able to claim their money through Hermes/Royal Mail.
